Step 1: Project Overview-

Is project ka uddeshya ek audyogik prakriya ke liye ek advanced tapmaan monitor aur niyantran system banane ka hai. Is system mein uchch-precision tapmaan sensors, shaktishaali microcontroller, aur niyantrit karyavahi ke liye actuators shamil honge.

Step 2: Hardware Requirements-

Step 5: Testing-

Apne microcontroller ya PLC mein niyantran logic ko upload karein aur ise circuit se jodein. Setpoint ko adjust karke aur niyantran karyavahi ko dekhkar system ko test karein. Yeh sunishchit karein ki tapmaan sahi se monitor ho raha hai, aur niyantran system sahi tarah se pratikriya karta hai.

Step 6: Integration aur Deployment-

Is system ko audyogik prakriya ke saath ekikrit karein, suraksha staron ka palan karte hue. System ko deploy karein aur samay ke anusaar ise monitor karein taki yeh aashrita aur ichha anusar tapmaan banaye rakhne mein safalta mile.

Step 7: Vikalpon ka Sudhar-

Is project mein nimnalikhit sudharon ka vichar karein:

  • Data Logging: Vishleshan ke liye tapmaan data ko record karne ke liye ek data logging system laagu karein.

  • Durasth Monitoring/Niyantran: System ko durasth monitoring aur niyantran ke liye ek network ke saath jodein.
